Lavash meat pie will be a real find for many women who are forced to combine housekeeping with daily office work. It perfectly combines a thin, crisp base and a gentle juicy filling. Such baking is being prepared according to several different recipes, the most interesting of which will be described in this publication.

Eggplant Option

This delicious and fragrant cake is so satisfying that it can replace a full dinner for the whole family. To bake it you will need:

  • 4 thin Armenian pita bread.
  • 600 grams of pork pulp.
  • 2 thin-skinned eggplant.
  • Onion.
  • ¼ packs of butter.
  • 2 raw eggs.
  • 125 milliliters of 33% cream.
  • Leek.
  • Salt, olive oil, fresh cilantro and peppercorns.

Preparing a meat pie from pita bread is quite simple. Chopped onions are fried in an oiled pan. After a couple of minutes, chopped eggplant and ground pork are added to it. All this is salted and fried until a light golden hue appears. For juiciness, the future filling is poured with a small amount of water, steamed and cooled.

  • 100 grams of champignons.
  • Medium onion.
  • 100 grams of hard cheese.

The onion is rubbed on a fine grater, the mushrooms are chopped with a knife, and then combined with minced chicken. All this is mixed with cheese chips and distributed on the surface of the pita. The oiled sheet is twisted with a roll and placed in a round heat-resistant container, forming a kind of snail. Lavash meat pie is poured with a sauce consisting of beaten egg, sour cream, ketchup and mustard, and then sent for heat treatment. Bake the product at 180 degrees for about half an hour.

Option with cabbage

This delicious and fragrant pie is prepared with the addition of meat and lots of vegetables. Therefore, it can become not only a great addition to family tea drinking, but also a completely independent dish. Unlike most of these dishes, after cooling, losing some of their taste, it is equally good in hot and cold. To bake it you will need:

  • 300 grams of any minced meat.
  • 2 thin Armenian pita bread.
  • 300 grams of white cabbage.
  • 2 medium onions.
  • 100 grams of good hard cheese.
  • 2 ripe tomatoes.
  • 3 eggs.
  • Salt, mayonnaise and fresh herbs.

Process description

First of all, you should do vegetables. They are thoroughly washed, if necessary, peeled and crushed. Shred the cabbage with a very thin straw, cut the onions in small cubes. Products prepared in this way are combined with minced meat and chopped herbs. All this is salted, mixed and evenly distributed on the surface of pita breads, pre-lubricated with mayonnaise.

Thin slices of ripe tomatoes and cheese chips are carefully laid out on top. The resulting blanks are rolled into rolls and placed in an oiled multicooker container.
