Lightly salted salmon is cooked quickly at home - you can try it the very next day. Would you like to risk it? Suffer another day. But you should not stand longer than three - it will be very salty. If you canβt eat the fish for three days, the juices released are drained, the fillet is very thinly smeared with vegetable oil and kept under a lid in a dry container.

A liter of water boils for five, a spoon of white sugar dissolves in it and four of coarse sea salt. You can take a rough stone, but the taste will be less successful. Then lay white pepper (4-5 peas) and a couple of parsley, pour half a stack (20 milliliters) of apple or wine vinegar. If one was not at hand, you can use the standard, dining room, but in half. A minute of boiling - and the marinade is cold and filtered. Steaks are stacked in a container, poured with marinade and cleaned to the bottom of the refrigerator. Then lay a couple of peas of white, black and allspice, four cloves of cloves and a quarter of a spoonful of coriander. The marinade is not long, literally half a minute, boils and is removed from the stove. Brandy or good cognac (three spoons) is poured into it, a couple of bay leaves are placed and one and a half tablespoons of honey are introduced. It is recommended to take mustard honey or collected on the herbs. We strongly advise against using buckwheat: it will add some bitterness to the fish. While the marinade cools down, it will just infuse. The liquid is filtered, slices of fish are poured with it and cleaned for 24 hours.
