Then cream is carefully added (1 cup), the process is carried out with continuous stirring. The mixture should boil for 2-3 minutes. The story tells that pesto was invented in Italy. Apparently, therefore, it is great for pasta, pasta, fish, meat and other dishes. The creators laid the basis of the sauce with several ingredients: basil, olive oil and hard cheese.

There are many ways to prepare creamy cheese sauce, among them there is a recipe with mushrooms. To prepare a creamy cheese sauce in this way, the recipe will require the following ingredients: vegetable oil for frying, cream, mushrooms, onions, cheese, flour, salt, pepper, and herbs.

In a frying pan, fry very finely chopped mushrooms (0.5 kg) in the standard way, that is, in vegetable oil with onions, do not forget to salt and pepper, bringing the frying to half-cooked. After that, add 0.4 l of cream (20% fat is enough), with constant stirring.

Flour is diluted in a small amount of water and also added to the mixture. The cheese is rubbed on a fine grater and poured into the total mass. The composition should boil for 5 minutes, after which the creamy cheese sauce recipe can be considered ready. It is usually served with freshly boiled potatoes along with herbs.

Instead of mushrooms, you can use nuts. In this case, the recipe is similar to the previous one, with the exception of such an ingredient as mushrooms. Nuts (preferably walnuts) are crushed on a blender to a state of fine crumbs. Garlic (squeezed through a press) is added to them and mixed again. The finished mixture is added to the mass of cream and cheese. As a seasoning, hops-suneli and wine vinegar are perfect.
