One of the main gifts of the fall can rightly be considered a pumpkin. It is not only pleasing to the eye, but also very healthy. And most importantly - its fruits can be stored almost all winter. With it you can cook and soup, and the second, and, of course, dessert. And in each dish, depending on seasonings, pumpkin plays with new colors of taste. It all depends on the other components of the dish. In addition, any of them can be cooked in a slow cooker.

Since this is a rather sweet vegetable, most often desserts are prepared from it. And, perhaps, the most popular of them is a baked pumpkin in a slow cooker. Cooking it is very simple. First you need to peel the pumpkin and remove the seeds. Then cut into large cubes and put in a slow cooker. Add half a glass of water to it. Select the "Baking" mode and cook the pumpkin for 30 minutes. You can eat it this way or make mashed potatoes for the baby. If desired, you can pour honey, add steamed dried fruits or ground nuts.
