First, prepare the products. Any pastry is in some way an improvisation of the hostess. In order to make a cake in the shape of a dog, you need to bake a biscuit. You will need the following ingredients:

  • flour - 2 tbsp .;
  • sugar - 2 tbsp .;
  • eggs - 6 pcs.;
  • butter - 50 g;
  • milk - 1 tbsp .;
  • vegetable oil;
  • baking powder;
  • Cocoa - 20 g;
  • any fruit (canned);
  • fat cream;
  • boiled condensed milk - 1 b.;
  • vanilla sugar.

To prepare a biscuit, you need to beat eggs with sugar well until a thick foam. Then add vanilla sugar, a glass of milk, butter to the resulting mass. Sift the flour through a fine sieve, mix with cocoa and baking powder and add to the total mass. Again, mix everything well, the dough should resemble thick sour cream.

Cover the baking dish with parchment, lightly grease with oil and pour the dough. It is best if the shape is round - then it will be easier to cut out the cake blank in the form of a dog. Bake at 180 degrees for about half an hour.

We take out the finished biscuit from the oven, turn it on the grill upside down and let it cool (ideally at least 8 hours).

Step 2: Build

From a biscuit we construct a dog figure. To do this, cut the biscuit into two cakes, each of which is divided in half. It turns out 4 semicircles.

Two of them are lubricated from the inside with a cream with the addition of fruits and glued together. This will be the torso. We put it sideways on the board on which we will prepare the cake, with the slice down.

Butter cream lovers can use butter. It must be warmed to room temperature and beat with a mixer with icing sugar (300 g). It should turn out a lush mass. Then add a glass of milk or fat cream. Beat again for about a minute. You can add the juice of half a lemon so that the taste is not too cloying. You can use food coloring or cocoa.

We spread the remaining cream from the syringe or bag in waves on top, so that it looks like wool. It is worthwhile to show your artistic skills. Add cocoa to the cream part to emphasize: eyes, mouth, nose, ears. To make it more unusual, you can make bows on your ears from colored cream, dress the dog in a sundress, write wishes for the birthday boy.
