Meanwhile, lightly fry finely chopped carrots in vegetable oil. We send portioned fish slices, carrots to the broth and bring to a boil. Do not forget to remove the foam. Reduce the heat, add salt and then continue to cook for another twenty minutes on a small fire. We do not cover the pan with a lid. It is not worth disturbing the ear, since you can violate the integrity of the pieces of fish. A few minutes before the end of cooking you need to add oil, this will give the ear fat content. For cooking, you will need the simplest products.

Ingredients:

  1. Canned Tomatoes - 0.7 kg.
  2. Two or three horse mackerels.
  3. One bow.
  4. Garlic.
  5. One carrot
  6. Potatoes - 4-5 pieces.
  7. Spices, salt, vegetable oil.

Defrost trevally, mine. We clean all the vegetables for the soup. Cut onions, carrots and open a jar of tomatoes. Next, pieces of fish need to be boiled in a small amount of salted water. Add a parsley branch to the broth and cook for about ten minutes, then remove the fish and let it drain. Meanwhile, in a pan, fry the onions and carrots. Then add canned tomatoes with juice, stew all the vegetables for about twenty minutes.

We separate the mackerel meat from the seeds and tear it into small pieces. Now in the fish stock we put pieces of fish, stewed vegetables, potatoes. Cook soup for thirty minutes over low heat. A couple of minutes before cooking, add herbs, garlic and spices. The soup is ready!

Horse Mackerel Salad

Black sea horse mackerel (photo is given in the article) is good for making salads. The famous "Mimosa", as a rule, is prepared during the New Year holidays, but no one bothers to prepare such a salad at any other time, especially since it is quite simple to make it.

However, our recipe is slightly different from the classic version. We will not use onions and potatoes, but will replace them with onion feathers and rice.

Ingredients:

  1. Canned or hot smoked scad - 300 grams.
  2. Half a glass of rice.
  3. Five eggs.
  4. Onion greens.
  5. Four carrots.
  6. Salt.
  7. Black pepper (ground).
  8. Mayonnaise - a pack.

Prepare all the ingredients, boiling them. If you use canned horse mackerel for cooking, then you need to knead it with a fork. If the fish is smoked, it needs to be cleaned and cut into small pieces.
