One of the legends about the appearance of the Lorraine cake tells how one farmer went to the market to sell eggs, cheese and butter. On the way, she fell, the eggs broke and mixed with other products. She ran to the baker, and he made a pie with egg and cheese fill. We try to lay out beautifully. They should be slightly visible and go beyond the edge.

We spread strips of bacon with onions in each pancake. Sprinkle with cheese, evenly fill with egg mixture so that they are the same. Now put in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes. Let the dish stand for a while before serving. You can replace the bacon with another ingredient and make, for example, a Lorraine chicken pie. The taste will not suffer from this.
