- 100 g of fresh cucumbers and as many tomatoes;
- 5 quail eggs.
As a dressing, ordinary mayonnaise is used, which can be mixed with a small amount of garlic. Also, a small amount of onions can be added to the salad, but this is optional.
How to cook
The process of preparing a salad of peas and eggs is very simple and unpretentious. First you need to boil quail eggs, boil them for three minutes, after which the product is put in ice water.
All vegetables should be thoroughly washed and peeled. Cabbage and cucumbers should be cut into strips, and tomatoes into slices. If you use frozen peas, now is the time to boil it, prepare the product for 2-3 minutes. In the case of using canned peas, the jar needs to be opened and the excess liquid drained.

- celery root - 50-70 g;
