Mushrooms Stuffed Squids

The popularity of seafood in our country is constantly growing. Shops include shrimp and oysters, mussels and scallops. But the most popular seafood, without any embellishment, with certainty can be called squid. In addition to a unique taste, they have a large number of nutrients. For example, they contain in large quantities such a useful protein and various trace elements and vitamins. Due to the peculiar form of this seafood, you can cook squids stuffed with mushrooms, meat, vegetables - the choice of filling is limited only by the hostess's imagination. But it is mushrooms that are most compatible with squid. So, prepare the squid stuffed with mushrooms!

Before implementing any recipe, squid must be cleaned of reddish plaque and film. To do this without preliminary heat treatment is not so simple. Therefore, it is necessary to put a container of water on fire, add a little salt, and lower the thawed carcasses into boiling water, hold in boiling water for no more than a minute, and then remove it. Even during the boil, the whole raid will come off the squid, and after that the thin skin will be very easy to leave.

Prepare and clean two carcasses.

Filling. Mushrooms (150 grams) cut into smaller pieces and put fry in a pan or stewpan, grate one carrot there. Fry until cooked. Combine the resulting frying with slightly undercooked rice (boil a third of a glass) and grated cheese (150 grams). Stir the ingredients.

Stuff the squid stuffed and put in a baking dish. Pour the carcasses over 100 grams of sour cream and sprinkle with cheese on top. Place in the preheated oven and bake for no more than 10 minutes.

Rinse and clean three carcasses, boil three eggs.

In vegetable oil, fry diced mushrooms, onions and grated carrots. As soon as the onion becomes golden in color, chop the eggs and also send to the pan. Stir and let cool.

After the vegetables have cooled, grate 150 grams of cheese in them, salt and season together.

Stuff squids, but not too tight, as they tend to fry. Fasten the edges with a toothpick.

Fold a plate in the form of a plate, drip a little vegetable oil. Grate each carcass with salt a little, grease with a mixture of mayonnaise and ketchup. Put prepared squids stuffed with mushrooms in foil plates and completely wrap.

Place in the oven for 15 minutes, then remove, open the foil and bake again, but only five minutes.

Pre-boil squids in salted water for no more than two minutes.

Filling. Fry chopped onion (2 pieces) and one grated carrot until golden brown, put in a bowl. Add two boiled chopped eggs and half a glass of boiled rice to the vegetables. In a pan, fry for about five minutes 300 grams of chopped champignon, send to a bowl.

Boil fresh shrimp in salted water for 10 minutes, then peel off the shell, remove the loin portion and cut it into small pieces. Put them in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients, season with mayonnaise, crush a few cloves of garlic and mix.

Ready stuffed stuffed squids, not forgetting to take into account that they will become smaller after heat treatment, gently fasten the edges with skewers.

Each carcass is wrapped in a separate sheet of foil, put in a mold and baked for no more than 15 minutes at 170 degrees.

Put ready squids on plates and sprinkle with fresh chopped herbs. This dish is perfect for any table.
