Steamed cod with vegetables

- 50 grams of dry white wine;
- 50 gr butter;
- 100 ml of heavy cream;
- one large onion;

Cooking
Fish, as in other recipes, is recommended to rinse and dry before cooking. Then we rub it with a mixture of pepper, spices and salt. We put in a double boiler. We set the timer for fifteen minutes. This time is enough for the cod to cook for a couple.
As you know, cod is considered a somewhat dry fish, so many experienced chefs consider it necessary to prepare the sauce for it. So, while the fish will be cooked in a double boiler, you can start cooking it.

From the cod steaks (fillet) we prepare the minced meat. It is recommended to add onions, herbs, salt, spices, one raw egg, ground black pepper, crumb of white bread, softened in milk. In order to reduce the dryness of the fish, add a little sour cream to the cutlet minced fish. Mix thoroughly.
No breading. No vegetable oil. No frying. Cutlets, as well as pieces of cod steamed, calorie content will be quite low. Indeed, only healthy steam is involved in the preparation, preserving all the vitamins and nutrients that make up the fish.
