We offer you to try a proven recipe for a pie with raspberries and sour cream from yeast dough. For the basics you will need:

  • flour;
  • a glass of milk;
  • two glasses of sugar;
  • some salt;
  • packaging of dry yeast;
  • chicken egg;
  • 70 g of butter.

It is also necessary to prepare 2 glasses of raspberries, powdered sugar, one glass of sour cream and vanilla.

First of all, knead the dough. Heat 150 ml of milk in a microwave and dissolve the yeast in it. Add salt, a glass of sugar and a little flour (about 4 tablespoons).
