A cooked product can simply be cut, or you can make a paste of it (scrolling through a meat grinder, adding an egg and mayonnaise) or adding it to a salad.

If we talk about how and how much to cook pork tongue, then here too it all depends on the size and method of preparation. You can make aspic from this product. To do this, first the tongue is steeped for 2-3 hours. Then it is transferred to the pan, poured with boiling water and put on the stove. After boiling, the fire decreases, salt, spices, bay leaf are put. The dish is being prepared 2.5-3 hours. After that, the tongue is pulled out, dipped in cold water, cleansed of the skin. Then it is cut into thin pieces, which are laid out in small bowls. The broth is filtered, it is placed in pre-soaked gelatin and chopped garlic. They poured meat. The dish is decorated with greens and boiled egg slices.

They are added to the broth half an hour after boiling, washed and peeled, but in general form. After 40 minutes, they should be removed with a slotted spoon. Fresh cucumber and boiled eggs are cut into small pieces, like a boiled tongue. Cheese is rubbed on a medium-sized grater. All ingredients are mixed, seasoned with sour cream or mayonnaise. The salad is sprinkled with herbs on the table. You can also mix boiled tongue, green peas, slices of boiled carrots and potatoes. For dressing, garlic-mayonnaise sauce is used.
