- 30 ml vegetable oil;
- table horseradish in the amount of 1 spoon (tablespoon);
- ground pepper, salt.

Put on a baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes (temperature - 180 degrees). Combine sour cream with horseradish, add a little salt and add pepper. Cut carrots, celery and leek into thin strips. Mix the products. Pike perch clean, cut off the head and remove the ridge. Pour the fillet with lemon juice, salt and sprinkle with pepper. Put vegetables on the fish and roll a few rolls.
