To get a universal beetroot adjika, you need to stock up on all the required components in advance. This time you will need:
- Six hundred grams of raw beets.
- Two pods of chili pepper.
- One hundred grams of garlic.
- Two bay leaves.
- A quarter cup of any vegetable oil.
- Liter of ready tomato juice.
- Three hundred grams of carrots and sweet bell pepper.
- Half a tablespoon of table salt.
- A quarter cup of granulated sugar.
- A teaspoon of vinegar essence.
Process description
Peel the carrots, wash them thoroughly under cool water, and process them using a fine grater. After that, it is seasoned with salt and granulated sugar. In a separate clean bowl, beets crushed with a blender and high-quality vegetable oil are mixed.
After about ten minutes, half of the available tomato juice is poured into a deep pan. Vegetable oil, carrots and beets are placed there. All well mixed, sent to the stove and simmer over low heat. Twenty minutes later, garlic, chopped pepper and remaining tomato juice are crushed using a press into the same vessel. All this is put out under the lid for about half an hour.

- Four ripe sour apples.
