  • salt, a mixture of any ground peppers - to taste;
  • coriander and mustard seeds (or other favorite spices) - to taste;
  • favorite vegetable oil for frying - 2-3 tablespoons (for Italians - olive);
  • 100-150 grams of neutral to taste hard cheese.

For bechamel sauce you will need:

  • butter - 80-100 grams;
  • wheat flour (premium) - 3 tablespoons;
  • milk - 700-800 grams;
  • salt, any ground pepper.

Cooking. To make lasagna fast, you need to start with bechamel sauce.

  1. Cooking the sauce. To do this, carefully (without bringing to a boil) melt the butter in a pan. Pour the flour. Stir fry. We make sure that there are no lumps. In several stages, add milk (several tablespoons), each time thoroughly stirring the mass. When all the milk has been poured, bring the sauce to a boil and keep it on fire for another 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
  2. We clean onions and carrots. Then finely chop the onion, rub the carrots on a medium grater. Pour vegetable oil onto a heated frying pan. Put the onion, fry for 3-4 minutes. Add carrots, fry for another 3-4 minutes. Add tomato puree and simmer all together for 4-5 minutes. We stir occasionally. Put the minced meat, simmer the whole mixture for about 10 minutes. Add spices and spices. Finely chop the greens cleared of rough shoots. Add in a couple of minutes until ready.
  3. In a beautiful shape (which can be served on the table) we put the sheets of lasagna so that they buried the bottom. We spread the minced meat with vegetables in a continuous layer. Fill with a layer of sauce. Repeat the operation several times. Usually, two or three “floor” climbing is obtained from the specified number of products (depending on the bottom area of ​​the mold).
  4. Cover the form with foil and put in a preheated oven. Temperature - 175-180 ° C. The time spent in the oven is equal to the time for preparation of the lasagna sheets indicated on the package (about 20 minutes).
