In 1977, a film with a criminal plot, an unusual denouement, and a brilliant cast was released on Soviet screens. The painting is called "Golden Mine." Who played the main role? What is this movie about?
This film is a classic of the Soviet film detective. The mere performance of the main roles by the real stars of the screen of that time - Oleg Dal, Yevgeny Kindinov and Mikhail Gluzsky - served as a guarantee of the success of the film "Mine of Gold".
Actors
Oleg Dal played a thief-recidivist in this detective film. Lyubov Polishchuk played the role of the beloved attacker in Golden Mines. Actors Yevgeny Kindinov and Mikhail Gluzsky created images of honest and tireless police officers on the screen. The trainee investigator was played by Larisa Udovichenko. Zhanna Prokhorenko, Igor Yankovsky, Igor Efimov played secondary roles in the film "Golden Mine." The actors who appeared in the episodes are Lyudmila Ksenofontova, German Orlov, Dmitry Svetozarov, Lyubov Tishchenko.
The picture was positively noted by critics. The award for the best scenario about the Soviet police was received by the creators of Golden Mines. The actors were left without awards, which is surprising. After all, only the game of Oleg Dahl - a figure in the national cinema bright and talented - was worthy of special attention.
The escape
The plot of a two-part film, shot by director Evgeny Tatarsky, develops at first slowly, as if introducing the viewer to disparate pieces of mosaic. The strict regime colony is agitated by the impudent escape of prisoner Boris Brunov. It is he who is the main character in the plot of Golden Mines. Actor Oleg Dal played the role of a runaway prisoner.
Looking for jewelry
Four months later, on the road near Leningrad, a certain Oleg Torchinsky was hit by a car. The young man survived, but was seriously injured. In his pocket, investigators find a plan for some kind of residential building. At this time, the Drozdovskaya spouses turned to the police, claiming incomprehensible surveillance of their dacha.
From this moment, the pieces of the mosaic begin to take shape, the plot of the painting “Zolotaya Mina” is rapidly developing. The actors who played the Drozdovsky couple are Leo Lemke, Tatyana Tkach. These heroes are far from the main ones. However, it is from their appearance that the plot of the film begins to keep the viewer in suspense.
On the plan discovered at Torchinsky, the Drozdovsky dacha is just depicted. And his friend tells investigators about the values that, according to their information, should be hidden in the country. And soon this friend gets to the hospital with a knife wound.
Investigators during the search establish that the former owner of the summer cottage was the father of the recidivist Brunov, who could have hidden the kidnapped son there. But the elusive Brunov after the escape disappears from the field of view of law enforcement agencies. The photographer Kosov is under suspicion of running into Torchinsky. The surveillance set for him yields nothing. Like Brunov, Kosov simply disappears. The investigation seems to be at an impasse.
Without face
But the experienced colonel Zarubin, together with the young operative Kroshin, carefully study the slightest nuances of the biographies of all the defendants in the case. Having made unexpected conclusions, they are developing a new plan, in the center of which is the famous plastic surgeon Jan Karlovich Podniesku. Previously, he was familiar with Brunov and had a definite influence on that. Forcing the surgeon to be frank, the investigators find out that the recidivist “changed his face” with plastic, made new documents and lives under a different surname, with a different biography. According to the description of the surgeon, they recognize Brunov in one of the already familiar persons involved in the case.
Now they know who the criminal is. But this does not help in his capture. Daring Brunov in a new guise again literally slips out of a well-planned ambush at the Drozdov’s dacha. For his capture, an operative flies to Yalta ...
This is the plot of the movie "Golden Mine." Oleg Dal played one of his few negative roles in this film. Spectators more often saw him in the image of charming and cute movie characters. The actor coped with the role of a recidivist thief, however, as always, brilliantly.
