The anti-inflammatory cream "Travocort" is produced, the price of which is on average 350-400 rubles, in the form of a white or white-yellow homogeneous mass that contains isoconazole nitrate and diflucortolone valerate. The auxiliary elements are ketostearyl alcohol, polysorbate 60, petroleum jelly, sorbitan stearate, sodium edetate, liquid heavy paraffin and purified water.
To use antiexudative and antipruritic ointment "Travocort", as a rule, it is recommended for the purpose of conducting initial or staged therapy of various kinds of fungal infections of the skin surface. If we talk about the main adverse reactions, the appearance of which can be triggered by the application of Travocort ointment, then first of all it is necessary to highlight a rather high risk of skin atrophy and acneform changes. In addition, erythema, telangiectasia, burning, striae, vesiculation and itching can be observed. Very rarely hypertrichosis, folliculitis, as well as perioral dermatitis can develop .
