  • 500 grams of fillet - if you can not afford expensive fish, then replace it with a more affordable varieties (for example, cod).
  • 300 ml of thick fat cream.
  • Two egg whites.
  • Salt and spices.

Cooking homemade fish paste:

  • Cut the fish into small pieces, remove the bones and place in a deep bowl.
  • Start chopping the fillet with a blender at a low speed, gradually introducing cream and adding spices.
  • Beat whites and salt separately until they turn into thick foam.
  • Combine all the products, put the resulting mass in a silicone cupcake mold.
  • Pour water into another baking dish, larger in size, place the dishes with the future paste in it and send the whole structure to the oven. A tasty and healthy dish will be ready in about an hour.

In order for the hostess to please her family with diverse tastes every day, she needs to have a lot of original recipes in stock. And today we want to tell you a secret how to cook a fragrant fish paste at home. For him you will need to take:

  • Fillet of red fish (e.g. salmon) - 400 grams.
  • Fillet of white fish (you can take the sea language) - 400 grams.
  • Four egg whites.
  • 500 grams of shrimp.
  • Cream - 700 ml.
  • Dill, spinach leaves, cayenne pepper, salt.

Use a food processor or a conventional blender to grind the fish (each variety separately in different containers). If you want the ready-made fish paste to be especially tender, then you can optionally pass the resulting meat through a sieve. This way you will get rid of the remaining bones and break up large pieces. Beat the whites and salt in a thick foam, divide the mass in half and mix with the fish. Add cream to the minced meat, and chopped dill with pepper to the white fish. Steam the spinach leaves and lay on the bottom of a rectangular baking dish. Then lay out the tongue mousse, a layer of shrimp and a layer of minced salmon. Cover the container with foil, place it on a water tray and bake in the oven until cooked. Serve the multi-colored fish paste to the table chilled. Enjoy your meal!

  • Trout should be cleaned, remove the head, bones and skin.
  • Grind pieces of fish, lime juice and other ingredients using a blender or food processor for this purpose.
  • Put the resulting mass in a glass dish, cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator.
