For the test you will need:
- a glass of milk;
- one egg;
- a pack of dry yeast;
- a tablespoon of sugar;
- a teaspoon of salt;
- a quarter cup of sunflower oil;

For filling:
- 300 grams of hard cheese;
- two tablespoons of tomato ketchup;
- two tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- two fleshy tomatoes;
- one bell pepper;
- several pickled or pickled cucumbers;
- two hundred grams of boiled sausage or ham;
- two hundred grams of salami or cervelat.

- Roll out the dough, put in a baking sheet so that it hangs freely 2-2.5 centimeters of edges.
- Cut the cheese into cubes, lay on the edge of the dough on a baking sheet. Cover the cheese with hanging edges, fasten the dough well so that it does not open when baking.
- Lubricate the middle with ketchup and mayonnaise.
- Cut the tomatoes into rounds, place on the sauce, chopped bell pepper on top, then cucumber slices.
- Cut the sausages into small cubes. Sprinkle pizza with boiled sausage first, then salami.
- Place the pan in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for half an hour, then sprinkle with grated cheese.

Ingredients:
- pizza dough, as in the first recipe;
- half a glass of sour cream;
- fresh mushrooms (any, champignons);
- pickled mushrooms;
- bulb;
- clove of garlic;
- fresh tomatoes;
- 300 grams of cheese;
- salt and pepper.
Mushroom Meadow Cheese Pizza Recipe
Cooking pizza:
- Get the dough as indicated in the first recipe, or buy it at the supermarket.
- Fresh mushrooms need to be washed, fried in a small amount of sunflower oil with onions and garlic, salt and pepper.
- Mix the fried and pickled mushrooms, season with sour cream.
- Roll out the dough, make cheese sides, as indicated in the first recipe.
- Put tomatoes in the middle, mushrooms on top.
Bake pizza for 30 minutes, then sprinkle with cheese, and put in the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
