Ingredients:

  • one big cucumber;
  • soft, creamy cheese - 100 grams;
  • a small bunch of fresh herbs (dill);
  • allspice, a little salt;
  • cranberries (as a decoration, berries will be required by the number of rolls obtained).

Cooking rolls:

  1. Cucumber should be cut lengthwise into thin slices, ideally using a special cutter.
  2. Cucumber plates need to be pepper and salt, put on a board to stand out juice - we do not need its excess.
  3. Dill cut as small as possible, mix it with cream cheese.
  4. With a teaspoon, you need to carefully place the filling on the cucumber plates, then roll up the tube. If the cheese does not fix the rolls, then you need to pin it with a toothpick.
  5. Arrange the rolls on a dish so that the filling is on top, and a cucumber wall at the edges.
  6. We spread cranberries on each roll.

  1. Cut the cucumbers along thin plates, do not salt, let the juice go a little.
  2. We also cut the cheese into slices, put one at a time on the cucumbers.
  3. Grate the egg on a fine grater, pass the garlic through a crush, mix with mayonnaise (to make a thick slurry), herbs and salt. We lay out a spoon on top of the cheese, roll up a tube.

  • big cucumber;
  • one hundred grams of cottage cheese;
  • a tablespoon of sour cream;
  • pitted olives - according to the number of plates obtained from cucumbers (black - olives, green - olives, you can take any, but olives look better);
  • some salt;
  • greens.

We collect rolls:

  1. Cucumbers cut into plates, do not salt.
  2. Mix the cottage cheese with sour cream and finely chopped herbs, salt a little.
  3. On the edge of each cucumber plate we put a little curd filling, on top - olive, on top - still cottage cheese. Turn off the tube, stab with a toothpick.
