Since I love to cook and am constantly experimenting with flavor combinations of various products, such household appliances as a slow cooker were very happy. I prepared in advance for this acquisition and managed to study a sufficient number of recommendations and recipes for various dishes. Once I came across a picture in a magazine that depicted a charlotte in a slow cooker, I was no longer able to refuse to buy this wonderful technique.
And then my dream came true. The brand new Panasonic cooker stood on the kitchen table and affably shone with a varnished side. I began to learn it by preparing simple dishes. These included pumpkin porridge, pork soup and berry charlotte. In a slow cooker, these dishes turned out incredibly tasty and with a rich aroma.
But most of all I was pleased that there was no need to be present in the kitchen while cooking. My slow cooker did everything herself. I only needed to download the products and set the mode correctly, after which I calmly do household chores waiting for the timer signal. The girlfriend who looked in the evening on a mug of fragrant tea, was delighted with the pastries. Charlotte in a slow cooker turned out to be airy, saturated yellow in color with slices of red fragrant strawberries and slices of apples. Eating a pie, a friend wrote down a recipe and ran to persuade her husband to buy such necessary equipment. I am ready to share the secret cooking of delicious pastries with you.
Charlotte with apples in a slow cooker.
The recipe is very simple. Dosage involves the use of a special measuring cup, which comes with the kit. It should be remembered that the dough in the multicooker increases by 2-3 times, but in no case can you move or open the lid during cooking.
For a 4-6-serving pie, we need five eggs, a glass of sugar, three glasses of flour, one large apple and one hundred grams of strawberries. Pre-peel the apple from the seeds and cut into thin slices. We sort and chop strawberries. We take the eggs chilled. Combine them with sugar and beat in a stable foam in a blender or using a mixer. After doubling the mass, add the flour and bring the dough to a homogeneous state.
Lubricate the Teflon bowl abundantly and evenly with any oil. We lay apple slices and strawberry slices at the bottom, forming a beautiful pattern. Gently fill the fruit and berry mixture with dough. We put the bowl in the multicooker, close the lid, set the temperature valve. Select the βBakingβ mode and increase the time to 65 minutes. Patiently waiting for the timer signal.
As soon as it sounds, turn off the multicooker from the network and open the lid. Allow the baking to cool slightly for 10-15 minutes. We take out the bowl and cover with a flat plate. Turn it over, overturning pastries on a dish. Charlotte in a slow cooker, like any similar dish, is a pie-changer. It is worth remembering and thoroughly lubricating the surface of the bowl with oil before loading the dough. Otherwise, the top of the cake will be damaged.
Based on this recipe, you can connect your imagination and change the filling. Each time, a completely different baking will be obtained. My family loves orange and blueberry charlotte. If I use any citrus fruits as components, I will definitely add two tablespoons of grated zest to the dough. For blueberry charlotte, pieces of chocolate and vanilla sugar are a great addition .
I was very pleased with the multicooker. Baking is no worse than cakes brought from a pastry shop. And the girlfriends began to run more often in order to enjoy a piece of the next pie.
