How to make fettuccine at home?

- 2 eggs of chicken;

Cooking:
- In a large capacity, combine the necessary components, kneading a cool dough. Roll it into a ball and cover it with a damp towel, leave for 30-40 minutes.
- After the specified time, knead the dough slightly, divide into several parts, each of which roll out into a thin layer. Sprinkle with flour, twist into a loose roll and cut into strips about 5 mm wide. Dry the prepared fettucci by spreading it on a towel or hanging it on a wooden pole.
Fettuccine Recipe Alfredo
Fettuccine is not only the name of a particular pasta variety, but also dishes made from them. And there are a great many variants of such dishes: with fish and seafood, mushrooms, meat, vegetables, and even with berries and fruits. However, the best known among all is the Alfredo fettuccine pasta.
Ingredients:
- 1 PC. chicken fillet;
- 200 g fettuccine;
- 50 ml cream 33% fat;
- 50 g butter;
- 4 tablespoons of parmesan (grated);

Cooking:
- Grate chicken meat with pepper and salt and fry, adding a little olive oil, until fully cooked.
- Dip the pasta in boiling water, adding salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes and lay in a colander. Fry the noodles in a pan for 2-3 minutes, adding cream and butter. Sprinkle with parmesan and wait until it melts.
- Put the prepared fettuccini on a dish, on top - chopped chicken fillets in long strips, sprinkle with finely chopped greens.
Shrimp Fettuccine Recipe
Here is another option for cooking delicious pasta in the best Italian traditions. Add to them a dressing of pickled shrimps with cherry tomatoes - and you will get a very tender and spicy pasta.
Ingredients:
- 100 g fettuccine;
- 100 g of shrimp;
- 50 g of cherry tomatoes;
- 150 ml cream 33% fat;
- 50 g of parmesan;
- 20 g of garlic;
- 30 g of basil;
- 50 ml of lemon juice;
- 100 ml olive oil;
- salt;
- ground allspice.
Cooking:
- Shrimps pour a mixture of lemon juice and olive oil. Leave for 1 hour for pickling. Drain and lightly fry seafood in a pan.
- Cut the tomatoes into halves, add to the fried shrimp. Pour in the cream. Simmer over low heat until the cream thickens. Add pepper and salt to taste.
