We collect:
- fresh salad;
- young potatoes - 6 pieces;

- parsley;
- 2 fresh cucumbers;
- dill;
- radish - 10 pieces;
- sour cream - ½ cup.

Using a coarse grater, prepare radishes and potatoes. Mix everything in a deep cup, salt and pepper. Season with sour cream. You can use mayonnaise, but then the flavor is lost.

Required:
- ½ head of early cabbage;
- 3 tomatoes;
- green onions, dill, parsley;
- 2 cucumbers;
