A simple but tasty dish can surprise not only family members, but also guests at the festive table. To adapt the dish for everyone, we recommend using potatoes as the main ingredient, in addition to meat.
For cooking you will need:
- 550 g lean pork;
- 1-2 onions;
- small carrots;
- 7-8 medium potatoes;
- 3-4 tbsp. tablespoons of sour cream of normal fat content;
- 50 g of classic mayonnaise;
- 2-3 cloves of garlic;
- some salt and black pepper;
- vegetable oil for frying;
- spices and seasonings - according to taste;
- 3 sprigs of fresh parsley.
How to cook a dish
Peel onions and garlic, cut onions into thin half rings, garlic can be chopped using a kitchen press. Fry the carrots in oil, and while they are sautéed, cut the pork into small pieces.
Put the meat in a skillet and fry thoroughly, and then distribute in pots with the oil in which it was fried.
Peel and cut the potatoes into small slices, season with salt and black pepper, add spices to taste. Mix sour cream with mayonnaise, season the vegetables with the resulting sauce and put in pots on top of the meat.

To prepare you will need:
- 800 g of pork;
- 12-15 medium-sized potato tubers;
- 400 g of fresh forest mushrooms;
- 2 onions;
- 1 medium-sized carrot;
- 6-7 cloves of garlic;
- 200 g of hard cheese;
- 100 g of classic mayonnaise;
- 75 g butter;
- some salt and black pepper;
- a bunch of fresh herbs.
How to cook roast with meat and mushrooms:
- Cut the peeled onions and garlic on the bottom of the mold, which must first be greased with butter.
- Slice the meat, season it with salt, pepper and spices and lay on top of the onion.
- Peel the mushrooms, rinse them and cut into equal slices along with potatoes and carrots. Stir, salt and spread on top of the meat.
- Grate hard cheese, add chopped greens and mayonnaise into it, cover vegetables with mushrooms with the resulting sauce, pour in some water or broth, put in the oven for 1.5 hours. Bake until meat and vegetables are cooked.
- Serve by spreading the roast in a la carte dishes, offering a little salad or salted (pickled) vegetables as a complement to the dish.
Simple roast with meat and vegetable mixture
If a little boiled meat is left from the preparation of the broth, and there is a bag of frozen vegetables in the freezer, then you can cook fast roast in pots of pork.
To prepare you will need:
- 400 g of boiled pork;
- a package of any frozen vegetables;
- some salt and pepper;
- 2 onions;
- some vegetable oil;
- 100 g low-fat sour cream;
- 80 g of hard cheese.
Cooking:
- Fry chopped onions in a heated pan. Until it acquires a light golden hue, you can cut a boiled slice of pork into thin strips.
- Add meat to the onion, salt and pepper, put in pots. Pour a serving of frozen vegetables from above; at this stage, you can add a little chopped fresh potatoes, carrots, zucchini, or squash into a dish for satiety.
- Pour on top the pots with a small amount of mayonnaise, sprinkle with herbs and hard cheese, bake in the oven until vegetables are ready.
