- Traditionally, this dish is cooked in a special pan called wok. A distinctive feature of such dishes is the convex bottom of a small diameter. Meat and other products are cooked in it very quickly, at the highest possible heating temperature, while preserving the juiciness and pleasant taste inside.
- Rice for the dish is prepared in a special way. It is boiled for only a few minutes without salt, and then steamed under a lid. As a result, the croup is not crumbly, and not viscous. Thanks to a special filling, steamed rice acquires a special taste.

Step by step recipe
When preparing a dish, you should adhere to a certain sequence of actions:
- Rinse well, changing the water several times until it becomes transparent.
- Transfer rice to a pan with a thick bottom. Pour the cereal with hot water.
- Bring rice to a boil over high heat. Cover the pan, then reduce heat to a minimum. Cook rice for 10 minutes.
- Remove pan from heat. Without opening the lid, leave the rice to steam for 15 minutes.
- Chicken fillet cut into small pieces. Grind ginger and garlic.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan or wok. Put slices of fillet in it and fry them until the color changes.
- Add spices and vegetables to the meat. Five minutes later, put garlic and ginger in a pan.

The dish is prepared as follows:
- Chicken fillet (500 g) is cut into large enough pieces, and the onion is chopped into half rings.
- Soy sauce (2 tbsp.) And the same amount of water are poured into a deep pan. Sugar (2 tsp) and a pinch of salt are added to this.
- Onion is laid out in the heated sauce and fried for 5 minutes.
- Next to the pan is the fillet. It should be fried for 4 minutes on each side.
- After the specified time, a beaten egg is poured onto the pan. Once it sets, the dish can be considered ready.
- When serving in a deep plate, first pour the pre-cooked rice, and then lay the chicken and egg. Sprinkle with greens on top.
Oven Chicken with Rice in Soy Sauce
The recipe for the next dish consists of just a few steps:
- Chicken thighs or drumsticks (600 g) are marinated in a mixture of soy sauce (35 ml), sugar (1 tsp), vegetable oil (2 tbsp.) And chopped garlic.
- Diced onions and grated carrots are fried in a pan. If desired, bell pepper is added to the roasting.
- Rice is washed several times under running water, after which it is transferred to a pan for vegetables. At this point, salt and pepper are added to taste.
- Vegetables with raw rice are laid out at the bottom of the baking dish, and pickled chicken is placed on top. After this, the form is tightened with foil from all sides.
