Let's start with a recipe that can help a lot if the refrigerator contains only semi-finished products, and you were detained at work. In a large skillet in sunflower oil, frying is made from onions and garlic (opponents of the latter can do without it). If you have minced meat, add it with finely chopped onions. In addition to salt with pepper and possibly spices, two tablespoons of mayonnaise should be put in the filling for every third kilo of meat, this will make the nests more juicy. The baking sheet is spread with parchment and greased with oil. Caught by a slotted spoon, pasta balls are laid out on it hot as soon as the water drains. No less tasty, cute and appetizing nests of minced meat with mushrooms and cheese. They are also prepared easily, they do not require special cooking skills. The onion head is chopped smaller and allowed to become translucent in vegetable oil. A third of a kilogram of chopped mushrooms is poured here. It turns out more fragrant with forest, but it will come out worse with champignons and oyster mushrooms. Seven minutes of frying with stirring, then pour three tablespoons of sour cream. Hold for a little more on the fire and set the filling aside.

A small slice of bread, soaked in milk and squeezed, is mixed with 0.5 kg of minced meat, grated small carrots, two eggs, chopped onion and seasonings - a mixture of peppers and salt. Stuffing is kneaded, balls roll out of it. Thick small cakes are formed from them, which are laid out on a baking sheet. But in the morning, especially if you are not in a hurry to work, you can cook very original nests with minced meat. The recipe allows you to get a not very difficult, but quite satisfying breakfast from one dish, which will satisfy all the needs of the body. In addition, a tasty meal in the morning means to charge yourself with optimism for the whole day.

A slice of the loaf is soaked for a short time in milk, squeezed out of excess liquid and thoroughly mixed with minced meat. Onion finely chopped; it can be added to the raw base, but it will be more delicious first to fry it in a spoonful of oil. Onions also combine with minced meat; an egg is driven into it and salt and pepper are poured. If desired, you can add other favorite seasonings. The baking sheet is standardly lined with parchment paper, which is slightly oiled on the outside. Cakes are laid out on it. This time they should be slightly larger than previously described, so that from a half-kilogram of minced meat we get about four nests. In the center, rather wide depressions are made; a testicle is carefully driven into each of them.
