3. Flounder in foil
Ingredients: one big fish, one onion, half a lemon, three tablespoons of mayonnaise, three cloves of garlic, herbs, salt and ground pepper.
The fish is cleaned, laid on foil, salted and peppered. Finely chopped greens, garlic and lemon wedges are placed in the abdomen. The prepared flounder is coated with mayonnaise, chopped tomatoes and onions are laid on top, everything is poured with the remaining mayonnaise, wrapped in foil and baked for about half an hour in the oven on a small fire.
4. Fish in tomato sauce
Ingredients: eight hundred grams of flounder, one onion, parsley root, fifty grams of crab, eighty grams of boiled porcini mushrooms, tomato sauce, salt and spices to taste.
The fish cut into small pieces is allowed in the broth, where onions and parsley are added. On a portioned dish, pieces of flounder are laid out, on top of it are mushrooms and crabs, and all this is poured with sauce. As a side dish, you can use boiled potatoes or rice. This dish is often served in restaurants.
