And, before moving on to recipes and tips, let's pay attention to the benefits that food from cottage cheese gives a person:

However, it must be remembered that this product should not be abused, and 800 grams per week for the body will be enough.

A product made from cottage cheese can settle after it is taken out of the oven. The reason for this is drafts. For the same reason, after baking it can decrease in the center, so it is necessary to ensure a gradual decrease in temperature around it, and even better - leave it in the oven until its temperature drops.

So what can be made from cottage cheese?

Cottage cheese pastries will be a wonderful decoration of the festive table, embodied, for example, in a cake, the recipe of which is described below.

Cake "Evening Fantasy"

Ingredients: 800 g of cottage cheese, 300 g of sifted wheat flour, 150 ml of cream, 250 g of cl. butter, 3 yolks and protein, a glass of sugar, a tablespoon of starch, 30 mg of cognac and 50 g of prunes, cherries and almonds.

Grind butter and mix with flour. Add 1/3 cream, half a glass of sand and 3 yolks there. Vigorously knead the dough, then put it in the refrigerator for half an hour, having previously wrapped it - this will prevent it from appearing a crust.

Meanwhile, thoroughly knead the cottage cheese, add the remaining cream, sugar, eggs and butter to it. Fall asleep starch and vanillin. To mix everything.

Rinse and sweet cherries should be thoroughly washed, separate the seeds and hold for several minutes in boiling water. Then chop and add to the cottage cheese along with cognac and grated almonds.

Roll out the dough, taken out of the refrigerator, with a rolling pin, put it in a shape so that it covers its sides, and put the resulting curd mass there.

Bake in a preheated oven for 45 minutes, then leave the cake to cool in it.

There is also a simpler baking. From cottage cheese you can make cheesecakes according to the following recipe:

Ingredients: 500 g of cottage cheese, 60 g of flour, vanillin and baking powder for dough - half a teaspoon, a handful of raisins, 2 chicken eggs.

Mix cottage cheese with flour and baking powder of dough. Add salt and eggs with vanilla and sugar. Stir well and add raisins. Blind the cottage cheese pancakes and put them in the oven for 40 minutes, until a brown crust appears on them.

There is another variety of cottage cheese culinary products - cheesecakes. Quite simple in execution, this baking from cottage cheese is familiar to every novice hostess.

Ingredients: cottage cheese - 400 g, flour - 500 g, a half cup of granulated sugar, 70 g butter, salt - ½ teaspoon, 3 eggs, sour cream - 150 g. Put the butter in the flour, which must be softened before that, mix with a glass of sugar, salt, sour cream and 2 eggs. Knead the dough and send it to the refrigerator for half an hour. Then we make the filling: we thoroughly grind the cottage cheese with the remaining sugar and egg and mix well. We take out the dough from the refrigerator and begin to roll it in such a way that its thickness is approximately 1 - 1.5 cm. From the resulting dough layer we cut circles and bend their edges. In the resulting forms, we put the curd filling and spread on a baking sheet, previously lined with parchment for baking. The oven must be heated to 200 degrees and send cheesecakes there for 20 minutes. So that the cottage cheese does not donkey after baking, we cover the products with a towel and avoid the appearance of drafts.
