Beef with Tomato Sauce Gravy

It will take: a pound of beef tenderloin, two large onions, a large spoon of flour, three tablespoons of tomato paste, a bay leaf and pepper. The meat is cut into small pieces and sent to a frying pan, fried in vegetable oil, over high heat. When a fried crust appears on the surface of the pieces, finely chopped onions are added to the beef, salt to taste. Continue to fry, stirring the food constantly. After about five minutes, add the flour, mix, fry for a couple of minutes and pour the meat with two glasses of water. They put tomato paste, stir it in water and simmer goulash over low heat under a closed lid for another hour. About 10 minutes before ready, add a bay leaf and pepper.

Beef with Gravy and Vegetables

For cooking you will need: a pound of beef, one large carrot, two tomatoes, a large onion, spices and flour. Beef is cut into small pieces and spread in a skillet. The onion is peeled and cut into thin half rings, carrots - in small circles, which are then divided into 2 more parts. Tomatoes are peeled, after dipping them for 15-20 seconds in hot water, and finely chopped. Vegetables are combined with meat, poured with water, salted and stewed. After half an hour, add two tablespoons of flour, stir and let simmer for another hour.

Gravy beef, a simple recipe

You will need: a kilogram of beef, 3-4 carrots, 2 onions, half a glass of sour cream, water, salt, a bay leaf and pepper. Finely chop the onion into cubes, and carrots into thin half rings. The beef is divided into small pieces and fried in a skillet without oil. Add vegetables, salt, pepper and sour cream to the pan. Pour in two glasses of water and simmer over low heat for two hours.

Juicy Beef with Gravy

It will take: a pound of beef, onion, flour and spices. A piece of meat is beaten and cut into thin strips. Cut the onion into thin half rings and fry in oil for about 5 minutes. Add the beef and fry everything together for about 10 minutes. Add salt, put the bay leaf and fill with water (about 1.5 cups). Stew on low heat for about an hour, then add a tablespoon of flour and seasoning to taste, mix and after 10 minutes turn off the fire.

It turns out very delicious beef with vegetables and gravy with balsamic vinegar. To prepare this dish you will need: a pound of fresh beef, olive oil and soy sauce - a couple of tablespoons, 1 large spoon of balsamic vinegar, 2 onions, a couple of garlic cloves and seasoning for meat. Beef is cut into thin long slices. Prepare the marinade: mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce and chopped garlic. The meat is poured with marinade and left for an hour to soak. Cut the onion in half rings, carrots in thin strips. The meat is removed from the marinade and fried, first separately, and then with vegetables. After 10 minutes, pour the marinade, add a glass of water and simmer for 50 minutes on low heat.

At the festive table you can serve beef in sweet and sour sauce. To cook it, you need to take: a pound of beef, 3 large spoons of tomato paste, 500 g of black bread, a couple of tablespoons of flour, a tablespoon of wine vinegar, coriander, parsley, bay leaf, peppercorns, 1 carrot and a little sugar.

Beef is divided into thin layers, beaten and cut into strips into pieces from 3 to 5 cm long. Sprinkle them with flour and send to a frying pan. When a red crust appears on them, fill it with water and put it to simmer on low heat. The bread is soaked in a small amount of water, the onions are cut in half rings, and the carrots are cut into strips and added to the meat 50 minutes after the start of the stew. Lay the bay leaf, tomato paste, vinegar, 0.5 teaspoon of sugar and a pinch of coriander. All mix and simmer for another 10 minutes.
