Laughter is an integral part of every person’s life. It is no coincidence that the comedy genre in literature and art was one of the first to emerge. There is so much negativity in everyday life that sometimes you want to relax and spend time watching a good-quality movie that will make you laugh and help you lose the accumulated load. So this genre is very popular among filmmakers, annually producing many excellent films. But anyway, each of the viewers has their favorite funny comedies, the list of them can be quite extensive. However, among comedies there is a recognized classic of the genre, the viewing of which does not leave anyone indifferent for many years. Below is a list of the best fun comedies of all time.

Italian humor

Of course, on our list there will be a considerable number of Hollywood films, but Europeans also know a lot about comedies. Adriano Celentano can hardly be called handsome, but this recognized Italian actor and excellent comedian has presented the world with many breathtakingly funny films. Actually the 80s successfully passed the baton of wonderful films to the 90s. One after another, the funniest comedies came out, the list of which can certainly be called impressive. The favorite family movie on New Year's holidays has been “Home Alone” for many years, and surprisingly, the confrontation of the little boy Kevin with two silly bandits does not bother the audience, but only annually gives positive emotions and sets them up for a festive mood. From the same category, “Difficult Child” is also an excellent choice for viewing with the whole family.

Symbol of 90s humor

If we talk about laughter, then Jim Carrey will definitely be the same concept in Hollywood . The best comedies of the end of the last century are, undoubtedly, almost all films with his participation:

They still gather the whole family at the TV screens. But modern domestic cinema is doing quite well with the task of “making the audience laugh”. Perhaps Russian comedies are released in larger numbers than films of any other genre, and most of them really deserve to be on our list. But over the past 20 years there have been so many of them that listing them all is simply unrealistic, and it is worth highlighting only the most famous of them. For example, in the 90s of the last century in the post-Soviet space, the most favorite were:

But in general, if a comedy really makes you laugh to tears, then by definition it is already the best!
