Sandwiches with herring

To prepare them, you will need a little free time and ingredients such as:

  • feathers of green onions;
  • slightly salted herring;
  • bread;
  • garlic - 3-4 cloves;
  • beets - a few pieces;
  • walnuts - about 100 g;
  • chopped greens;
  • vinegar - 1 tablespoon;
  • sugar - tablespoons of tablespoons;
  • cayenne pepper - 0.3 tsp;
  • olive oil and walnuts - 2 tbsp;
  • ground black pepper, salt.

We grind all ingredients except herring and dill feathers in a blender along with vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper.

We smear the resulting mixture on slices of bread and put a herring on top. Sprinkle with onion and herbs on top. Sandwiches with herring are ready for serving.

Sandwiches with Salmon

The most delicious and original are sandwiches with fish, which should be present at every holiday table. Ingredients for their preparation:

  • bread;
  • slices of salmon (or other fish);
  • fresh cucumber;
  • cheese (feta, feta cheese or another);
  • dill;
  • lettuce (to do any other);
  • basil;
  • salt, ground pepper (preferably white).

To begin with, take the herbs of basil and dill in equal amounts and finely chop.

Add cheese, then pepper and salt to taste and mix thoroughly.

Cut the peeled cucumbers into circles.

We spread bread with cheese mass, which is already ready.

On each piece of bread we put a lettuce leaf and spread cucumbers on top.

After that we lay out the fish and cover on top with another leaf of lettuce.

Hot fish sandwiches

For their preparation, red fish of any kind or even caviar is suitable. This cooking recipe can be varied to your taste, for example, by making it even from slightly salted fish or to make sandwiches with herring according to this recipe. At the same time, they can be baked both in the oven, and in the microwave, and even steamed.

Ingredients:

  • bread;
  • fish (salmon, trout and other);
  • soy sauce;
  • olive oil;
  • lemon juice;
  • dill (finely chopped);
  • ground pepper (white).

We divide the fish into portions, while removing the skin and taking out the bones.

Then we prepare the marinade, mixing pepper, oil, soy sauce and dill. We spray fish with this marinade.

We make a plate of foil, bending the edges.

Lubricate slices of bread with honey, salt a little.

  • lemon;
  • butter.

Before preparing sandwiches with herring, put the fish on a plate and sprinkle with lemon juice, then leave for a while.

Peel the kiwi and cut into thin slices.
