The easiest way is to buy ready-made juice or a carbonated drink, but will it benefit? Of course not. Another thing is delicious compote. This drink will be a useful addition to any menu.
"Table" dangers
It is difficult to find today a child and an adult who would not try store soda. But people should understand that a set of preservatives and colorings does nothing good. Allergies, intestinal disorders, gastrointestinal diseases and obesity - this is not a complete list of the dangers that await a person in the advertised store goodies. Instead, you can make an unusual drink - banana compote. This option will cause interest not only in small gourmets, but also in adults.
Easiest recipe
Many will ask why "reinvent the wheel"? Isnβt it easier to cook a regular compote from apples or dried fruits? But it happens that you want to try something new. Banana compote is also very simple to prepare, but this drink will become a kind of highlight on the table.
The list of products is ridiculously simple. Need water, bananas and sugar. It all depends on the taste preferences of family members. If you like sweet drinks, then 1.5 liters of water will require 2 bananas with a peel and a glass of sugar. The peel must be washed well before dipping the bananas in water. Banana stew is simmered for about 10 minutes. Bananas in a peel are cut into circles of 1-1.5 cm and laid in boiling water. Water is taken on this amount of bananas from 1 to 1.5 liters, depending on the required concentration of compote. The drink is infused before drinking for about an hour. Bananas should not be over-ripened so that the compote does not darken or acquire a specific smell.
Banana compote can be infused with mint leaves, add lemon or other citrus fruits to it. In this way, thirst is quenched very well. With a minimum amount of sugar, such a compote can be given to very young children. Typically, such a drink does not give allergic reactions.
Harvesting for the winter
