First make the dough. It turns out very tasty and tender. It will take one egg, one hundred grams of sour cream or mayonnaise, six tablespoons of wheat flour (without a hill), a pinch of salt. The indicated amount is enough to make a small pizza in the pan. The recipe is designed for a product with a diameter of up to twenty-two centimeters.

Combine the ingredients in a wide bowl and knead the dough that is not very thick (like fat sour cream). Let it stand for a few minutes for the soda to react. In the meantime, heat a dry frying pan over high heat. After two minutes, it will be warm enough, and you can pour one tablespoon of vegetable oil on it. Reduce the heat and wait another two minutes for it to heat up. Distribute the dough in a pan. Spread the filling by greasing the pizza with ketchup or tomato sauce. For example, dice the sausage and sprinkle with grated cheese. You can also add sliced ββtomato without juice and seeds. For the filling, you can take any products, mostly prefer sausage with cheese, garlic and tomatoes. But fish and greens, seafood, vegetables (broccoli, zucchini, eggplant, cauliflower, stewed pumpkin), mushrooms are also suitable. Squeeze the garlic into mayonnaise, mix. Grate the cheese or slice it into slices. Chop the sausage and tomatoes into cubes (if the tomato is juicy, you need to clear it of seeds and juice). For the base of pizza, grate potatoes on a coarse grater, put eggs, flour, spices in it. Put on a hot frying pan greased with oil (note that you will have to turn it over later, so choose the appropriate diameter). Reduce the heat to a minimum and fry the potato mass on one side.
