Sunflower Salad: cooking

Finely chop the chicken fillet (300 g) and fry it until cooked in butter or vegetable oil. More dietary will be such a method of heat treatment of poultry meat, as cooking it in a double boiler. Hard-boiled eggs (3 pieces) grate on a coarse grater. Do the same with boiled carrots (1-2 pieces).
