As a result, you can get the effect completely different from what you expected. Therefore, knowledgeable people say that it is better to cook fruit drinks yourself from frozen berries, or from fresh ones that you can harvest yourself or buy on the market.

How to make cranberry juice from berries

In order to make 1 liter of fruit drink, you need to take only 130 g of cranberries, about 120 g of honey (or as much sugar). Cranberries are picked, washed and thrown into boiling water. Boil no more than 5 minutes on low heat, then recline in a colander and squeeze. Mix the resulting juice with the remaining broth. They wait until it cools below 40 degrees, only then can honey be added. This is done because the healing properties of honey at temperatures above 40 degrees just disappear. Sugar must be added immediately, stir and boil for a couple of minutes over low heat. As you know, cranberry juice from frozen berries is one of the most healthy foods.

How to make fruit juice

Strawberries and black currants should be taken 100 g, but lingonberries are enough and a couple of tablespoons.

We wash the berries and pour it into a glass jar, pour boiling water to cover with water, and stir slowly. Then add boiling water to get a liter, add a few tablespoons of sugar and a couple of mint leaves. Then the glass jar should be tightly closed with a lid and wrapped in a warm blanket. When 3 hours pass, you can squeeze the berries, squeezing the flesh with a special spoon, and then strain. Pour fruit juice from berries into a bottle or jar. Store fruit juice in the refrigerator. The drink is not worth it for a long time, you need to drink it within 24 hours after preparation.

I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the taste and useful qualities of fruit drinks from frozen berries directly depend on the quality of the water from which you prepare it. It is not recommended to use tap water for cooking homemade fruit drinks. It is best to take spring water or from an artesian well.
