The drug "Progestogel" application instruction refers to the clinical and pharmacological group of drugs used externally for the treatment of mastodynia.

It is produced in the form of a one percent colorless gel (there are no visible particles in it), which has a smell of alcohol.

The active ingredient of the drug is natural micronized progesterone. Among the auxiliary ones are trolamine, distilled water, ethanol, carbomer 980, octyldodecanol, castor oil.

This substance blocks estrogen receptors, due to which compression in the milk ducts is reduced, and the process of fluid absorption from tissues is also improved.
