It would seem that sandwiches with meat products or cheese (or both) for a snack and breakfast are a simple and traditional dish, and what's the point? But even you can try to diversify it. Sausage in the dough. The recipe is basic
We will pay particular attention primarily to the quality of the main meat product. It is important that the taste of the dish does not deteriorate. But the dough can be used differently: both yeast and puff.
We need: 200 grams of good “boiled” premium, a bag of yeast, a glass of milk, an egg, a little more than a glass of flour, a little sugar, vegetable oil, a little salt.
How to cook
- Sift flour into a bowl. We grow yeast in a small amount of warm water or milk, adding a pinch of sugar so that they “stir”.
- Add salt with sugar, butter with eggs, warm milk to flour. Knead the soft yeast dough. We cover it with a film and let it come up in the heat.
- We divide the dough into pieces, roll the balls and cover with a film.
- We cut the sausage quite thinly, roll the balls into the size of the sausage circles (another option: roll the dough into a thin layer and cut the circles out of it with a small saucer).
- We put a piece of sausage between two circles of dough, make cuts from the edges to the middle. We turn the neighboring parts to the sides so that we get “flowers” (this is done so that the product inside can be properly baked, but you can use any other forms - show a culinary imagination).
- We put bake in a preheated oven (180 degrees) for 15 minutes, until browning and golden brown.
- The sausage recipe in the test can be considered fulfilled. Such hot sandwiches turn out to be very tasty, mouth-watering, satisfying. You can eat them hot and take them with you - for work, for example, as an excellent snack.

Dough, sausage, cheese: simple recipes
This time, for simplicity's sake, we use ready-made puff pastry - sheet (it is sold in any supermarket today). We also take a good sausage, for example, “Doktorskaya”, some smoked sausages, any hard cheese (but not a cheese product), an egg and Texas barbecue sauce.
Cooking is easy!
- The recipe for sausage in dough with cheese is also not very difficult. Defrost the puff pastry and roll it into a layer.
- On a baking sheet lined with baking paper, lay out a layer of dough. Grease it with barbecue sauce.
- On top, lay out the “dumpling” cut in pieces and circles of smoked sausages.
- Once again, coat with sauce and sprinkle with grated hard cheese.
- We twist the whole structure into a large roll. We coat it with a beaten egg.
- We put the baking sheet in the oven and bake for half an hour at a temperature of 180 0 (in the finale you can turn on the grill, if available - for a couple of minutes). As you can see, such dishes from puff pastry, sausages, cheese are recipes that any housewife can easily prepare.
