Due to the presence of citruses, the dish turns out to be very juicy, soft, has a spicy taste and a delicate refined aroma. Chicken with oranges

Essential ingredients: one medium chicken, four oranges, five cloves of garlic, pepper and salt.

Cooking. We wash the chicken well, if there are viscera, remove it, rub it with salt and sprinkle with pepper.

Wash the oranges and cut them into thin circles. If desired, peel citruses.

Now we proceed to the most important and difficult part. We need to place oranges under the skin of the chicken, and this must be done as carefully as possible. We cut the skin with a sharp knife in several places and put the finished circles. On each side six circles of orange can quite fit.
Peeled garlic into slices and lay it in the chicken. If oranges remain, send them in the wake of garlic.

Now take the twine or a very strong thread and tie the chicken legs.

Preheat the oven, put the bird on a baking sheet and set to bake at a temperature of 180 degrees.

We will need: 700 grams of chicken pulp, onion head, 50 grams of lemon juice, orange, five potatoes, a glass of boiled water, a glass of sour cream, spices, pepper, salt.

Cooking. Chicken cut into medium pieces. Onion thinly shred in half rings. Squeeze juice from a lemon into a bowl and pickle onion in it for about 15 minutes.

Remove the peel from the orange and cut it into half rings. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut them in the same way as citrus.

Take a baking sleeve, tie it tightly on one side and lay the chicken pieces. Sprinkle with any spices and salt. On top of the meat lay out an orange, then potatoes and onions marinated in lemon juice. Pour water and lemon juice into the sleeve. We carefully knot the second side of the sleeve, put it on a baking sheet and put it in the preheated oven for about forty-five minutes.

We take out the finished dish from the oven, put it in the pan, add a little sour cream, mix and simmer for about five minutes.

Now the dish is ready and you can serve it to the table.

Chicken with oranges and honey

Necessary ingredients: medium chicken, half a glass of liquid honey, two oranges, half a lemon, a spoonful of olive oil, a teaspoon of turmeric and coriander, fresh herbs, salt and pepper.

Cooking. We wash the chicken well under cold water, pat it with a napkin and rub it with salt and pepper.

Squeeze juice from one orange, add honey, olive oil, turmeric and coriander to it. We rub the chicken inside and outside with this aromatic mixture and leave it in the refrigerator for two hours.

After that, we put it in a mold and pour it with the remaining mixture. On top of the chicken we lay out the circles of orange and send to bake in a preheated oven.
We bake the dish for about an hour, until a ruddy and appetizing crust appears. In the process of cooking, pour water on the chicken with juice from the mold.
