Pie "Onion happiness"
This delicate and fragrant cake is an excellent option for a festive feast, a Sunday family dinner or a hearty dinner. It is preparing pretty quickly. The whole process will take less than an hour.
To prepare the dough on sour cream for this pie, you will need a glass of this fermented milk product. In addition to sour cream, margarine (butter) will be needed - 1 standard pack, flour 3 tbsp., Volume 200 ml, eggs - 4 pcs., Soda - 1 tsp. or baking powder - 0.5 packs.
Onion (800 g) and cheese (200 g) will make the filling of the pie. You can choose a variety of onions to your taste. Gentle leeks or white onions are best suited for this purpose. You need to fry vegetables in a large amount of oil, the excess of which is removed after the filling is ready. Lightly salt the filling and add ground black pepper.
Preparation of the dough begins with the sifting of flour. Then, an egg, margarine (previously melted), soda and half the sour cream, laid according to the recipe, are added to it. Knead the dough well and leave it to warm for a while. Then roll out the finished dough on sour cream in a layer 3 cm thick, on which lay the fried onions. Top the pie with grated cheese and pour it with a mixture of the remaining eggs and sour cream. Bake for half an hour in an oven heated to 200 degrees. Serve such a cake hot to the broth or tea. Half the onion can be replaced with mushrooms in the pie filling.
Khachapuri with cheese
In Georgian cuisine, this traditional pie is prepared on the basis of the national fermented milk product yogurt. This is a direct relative of our kefir. But the dough on sour cream is easier to prepare, cheaper and tastes no worse than the original. Based on this recipe, you can also cook cheesecakes with cottage cheese.
Cooking dough
Sift 500 g of flour onto a board, add a full glass of sour cream, a small piece of butter, a couple of eggs, one or two tablespoons of sugar sand and a couple of pinch of salt to it. The finished dough is left for some time at room temperature, after which the circles are rolled out and cut out using a mold.

To prepare cookies, you need sour cream in an amount of 500 g, egg, sugar 3 liters. Art., baking powder 1 tsp. and flour in such an amount that it turns out the dough, which does not stick to the hands. After kneading, leave the finished dough, covering with a napkin, for thirty to forty minutes.
Whip up pizza
As already mentioned, the dough on sour cream is a universal recipe. It is suitable even for pizza. So, by the time guests arrive, it is quite possible to quickly prepare this favorite pastry, which is suitable not only for tea and coffee, but also for beer.
For one pizza, you need 0.5 tbsp sour cream, 1.5 tbsp. flour, a pinch of salt. Baking powder in this case is not required.
Pizza topping
The required ingredients of the filling are tomato paste and cheese. For the rest, we focus on the contents of the refrigerator. If you have never tried pizza with vegetables before, we advise you not to experiment. The taste of baking with cauliflower, spinach or eggplant, to put it mildly, is designed for a big lover. But if in the refrigerator pieces of bacon, sausage, ham, boiled eggs were littered, they can be safely used. Mayonnaise - the ingredient in pizza is absolutely superfluous. It is intended for salads. However, if you like this option, you can use cheese with eggs and mayonnaise. Do not put pickled vegetables in pizza, they will give the whole dish the taste of a sour product.
