  3. We use foil. To get a perfectly delicate, juicy and aromatic dish, it will be enough to wrap the fish with your favorite spices in foil. This method of cooking is affordable even for not very experienced housewives, since it is almost impossible to dry fish.

Sea bass with tahini sauce in the oven

Ingredients:

  • sea โ€‹โ€‹bass (you need a whole fish weighing about 1.5 kilograms);
  • 4 tbsp. l tahini;
  • 300 grams of cherry tomato;
  • 6 tbsp. l natural yogurt;
  • 100 grams of olives;
  • 6 anchovies;
  • 2 lemons;
  • 3 small cloves of garlic;
  • 1 bunch of oregano;
  • 1 tbsp. l olive oil;
  • salt to taste.

Cooking consists of the following steps:

  1. Thoroughly clean the fish from the scales, as well as remove all the gills and entrails. Three cuts must be made on each side.
  2. We prepare the marinade in a separate small bowl, in which we mix the olive oil with anchovies, chopped garlic and chopped olives. Cut half the total amount of oregano and add to the mixture. Mix thoroughly and grease the marinade with fish on both sides. In the prepared form, put the fish, add the remaining greens and cherry tomatoes. Squeeze the juice out of half the lemon, and then sprinkle the contents of the mold with it. Cut the second half into slices and put inside the carcass.
  3. Bake fish in the oven for 25-35 minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees.
  4. To prepare the sauce, mix tahini, yogurt, garlic (can be passed through garlic press) and lemon juice (0.5 fruit will be enough). In order for the consistency to be uniform, you need to add water (a couple of tablespoons will be enough).

Halibut in garlic and lemon marinade

Ingredients:

  • 450 grams of halibut fillet;
  • 6 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 tsp dill (usually used dried);
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice;
  • 1/2 tsp. red and black pepper;
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 3 tbsp. l olive oil;
  • 1 tsp salt (choose sea).

Stages of preparation:

  1. In a container, mix lemon juice with olive oil, spices and chopped garlic. Put the marinade on the prepared fish, soaking it on both sides. Cover the container with fish in the marinade with cling film. Refrigerate for marinating for 25-30 minutes.
  2. We bake fish in the oven, heated to 175 degrees. It will be enough 20 minutes of time.

River fish with cheese and sour cream

Simple river fish, baked in sour cream in the oven, turns out to be incredibly tasty and will certainly become a favorite dish on your table.

Prepared from:

  • 1 kg of river fish (perch, catfish or crucian carp are perfect);
  • 1 onion;
  • 200 grams of sour cream;
  • 200 grams of cheese;
  • spices.

Stages of preparation:

  1. Initially, you need to clean the crucian, wash it well, and then make a small incision on the belly.
  2. Lubricate the fish with sour cream, and put the pre-cooked cheese-onion mixture inside (just mix the grated cheese with finely chopped onions). Provided that the carcass is small, onion-cheese mixture can be added to sour cream, and then grease the fish with it.
  3. Place in a baking dish, which must be greased with oil before. Pour the fish with the remnants of sour cream, add your favorite spices and bake for half an hour.

Pink salmon with tomato and sweet potato

The pink salmon fish baked in the oven with tomatoes will be especially tasty if you choose medium-sized fillet. Sweet potato is a sweet potato, which, if desired, can be replaced with pumpkin. To prepare the dish, you need the following ingredients:

  • 2 large sweet potato tubers (or 400 grams of pumpkin);
  • 1 fillet of pink salmon;
