Sweet and sour sauce with pineapples - a great addition to meat dishes

Sweet and sour sauce came to us from Chinese cooking. It goes well with a variety of meat dishes, perfectly complementing them. Sweet and sour pineapple sauce can be served with chicken, pork, fish or beef.

For cooking, you need 500 gr. pineapples, ΒΌ cup ketchup, 150 gr. water, 70 gr. sugar, orange juice (130 gr.), two tablespoons of starch, a table. a spoon of fresh lemon juice, soy sauce (a quarter cup) and pineapple juice (ΒΎ cup).

Cooking the sauce. Pour pineapple juice, soy sauce and ketchup into a small saucepan. Mix all the ingredients. After that, add orange and lemon juice, put sugar. We dissolve starch in water and pour it into the general mixture. Cook the sauce over low heat, stirring all the time, until bubbles appear. After that, cut pineapples into small cubes and put them in a saucepan with gravy. We cook the food on low heat for no more than a minute and remove from the stove. After the sweet and sour sauce with pineapples has cooled, it can be served. Enjoy your meal!

Necessary ingredients: half a kilogram of bird fillet, two sweet peppers, 2 tablespoons of starch and the same amount of tomato paste, 30 gr. flour, 25 gr. apple cider vinegar. Soy sauce, salt, ginger root and garlic are added to taste. You will also need vegetable oil and 200 grams of pineapple (canned).

Cooking. Wash the chicken fillet and cut it into small pieces. Pour the meat with soy sauce and put in the refrigerator for two hours. Add flour and starch to the fillet. Fry pieces of meat until golden brown. Cooking sweet and sour sauce with pineapple. Wash the pepper, cut it into small cubes and lightly fry in a pan. Add the grated ginger root, garlic, vinegar and pineapple along with the juice. Stew the sauce under the lid for several minutes. Then pour the tomato paste and starch. Bring to a boil. Necessary ingredients: one pepper, ΒΌ cup soy sauce, the same amount of ketchup and sugar. You will also need a fish fillet (700 gr.), A jar of canned pineapple with juice, two tablespoons of starch, 50 gr. vinegar (optional), 3 l. orange juice, seasoning.

Cooking. We cut the fish into small pieces, sprinkle with spices and sprinkle with vinegar. Cooking sweet and sour sauce with pineapple. Whip all of the above ingredients in a blender. To prepare the food you will need a kilogram of minced meat, half a glass of rice, pepper, two eggs, salt. For the sauce: table. a spoon of tomato paste, 0.8 l. meat broth, citric acid, two tablespoons of sugar, a teaspoon of honey, 90 gr. rye crackers, salt, 300 gr. pineapples.

Cooking. Combine the minced meat with raw rice and eggs. Add salt and pepper. Knead well. We form round meatballs from minced meat and lightly fry them in oil. In a separate pan, mix the ingredients necessary for the sauce (except crackers), and bring to a boil. Gently spread meatballs in the pan and simmer for another 15 minutes.
