Nut Balm - preparation and use

To make nut balm, you need to use unripe walnut fruits. Usually they are prepared before the holiday of Ivan Kupala. But in each region, the harvesting time may differ, and therefore it is necessary to focus on the condition of the fruit - they must be pierced by a match, it is precisely this maturity that makes it possible to make a quality nut balm.

After the nuts have been collected, they must be put in a jar almost to the edge. To make it easier to navigate the required number of fruits, you should know that a three-liter jar includes about 1.5 kilograms of nuts. Then the entire contents of the can is poured with alcohol, which is previously diluted to 40 degrees. The jar is covered with a plastic lid, placed in a cool and dark place, where it is infused for three days. After this period, the bank is rolled up with a metal lid and put in the dark for 3 weeks for complete readiness of the funds. Ready walnut balm is bottled and stored in the refrigerator or cellar.

Those fruits that remain are poured with honey and covered with a lid, fermentation takes place throughout the week. After the fermentation stops, the jar is rolled up and hidden in a cool dark place for about two months. The condition of the nuts will testify to the readiness of the product: they must become compressed and wrinkled. After that, the finished nut balm is poured into the prepared container, and the nuts are discarded.

In some cases, the use of alcohol is not recommended, for example, in the presence of epilepsy, as well as for use by children. In such cases, you can prepare a honey-nut balm. An alcohol extract is effective in expelling parasites from the body, as well as for external use during grinding. Honey balm helps well in the treatment of tumors, its effectiveness is not worse than that of kerosene tincture.

In order for the obtained balm to have even more healing properties, you can add tinctures of various herbs to it, depending on which diseases you will use the resulting product.

Walnut Balm - Recipe

To prepare this balm, you can use the following recipe: 200 grams of young nuts and 50 grams of partitions from ripe nuts are taken, which are poured with half a liter of vodka and infused for about two weeks. 10 grams of dandelion root are well dried and added to the resulting solution, which is again infused for another week. After this period, the liquid is filtered and 20-30 grams of sugar is added. Everything, the balm is ready for use.

The use of nut balm

These balms are used in the treatment of many diseases, but nevertheless they are most effective for diseases of the thyroid gland, which arise due to the insufficient amount of iodine in the food and water taken. The use of this tool helps to regulate the functioning of the endocrine glands, immunity is also strengthened, and the body is cleansed of parasites and toxins.

The course of treatment is two months, after which a break is made for two weeks. Take balm three times a day before meals in the amount of 1 teaspoon. When using nut balm to obtain the best effect, it is necessary to exclude yeast bread, animal proteins, various preservatives from the diet.
