- 200 g canned cherries (or frozen);
- 100 g of cow's butter (or margarine);
- three eggs;
- one tbsp. sour cream;
- 1 tsp soda, slaked vinegar;
- vanilla on the tip of a knife;
- 1 tbsp. l sunflower oil;
- 1.5 tbsp. flour;
- icing sugar for decoration.
So, prepare the pie:
- Cut the butter into pieces, send it to the pan and heat over low heat so that it is not hot, but melted.
- Beat eggs with sugar, add sour cream, a spoonful of sunflower oil and melted butter. Pour vanilla, soda quenched with vinegar, and stir.
- Now add the sifted flour. The dough should not be too thick for the cherries to sink in it immediately.
- Pour the dough into a mold smeared with any oil (you can simply cover the bottom with parchment). Put the cherries on top.
- Send the cake to the preheated oven and bake it at 180 Β° C for 25 minutes. Then lower the temperature to 165 Β° C and leave in the oven for another 25 minutes.
