  1. Divide eggs (6 pcs.) Into proteins and yolks. In the first ingredient add a little salt and beat in the foam first separately, then gradually add the yolks and sugar (3 cups).
  2. In the egg mass, put sour cream (500 g), cocoa powder (200 g) and vanillin. Mix everything carefully and carefully.
