  • Root vegetables thoroughly wash and peel.
  • Using a shredder (or manually), cut them into thin straws about three millimeters wide and three to five centimeters long.
  • Pour cold water into a deep bowl and fold the workpiece there.

  • Now pour one liter of vegetable oil into a deep fryer or deep pan and heat it to about 190 degrees (you can use one straw to check the temperature).

  • Wash and peel potatoes thoroughly.

  • After that, it is necessary to pour it into a colander and decant all the water.

  • Once it has warmed to the desired temperature, you can begin to fry the potatoes in deep fat. This must be done in portions.

  • half a kilogram of potatoes;
  • half a liter of sunflower oil;
  • 50 grams of butter;
  • 50 grams of sour cream;
  • 50 grams of grated cheese;
  • salt and spices.

Cooking process

Two types of seasoning should be used here: on Provencal herbs and a mixture of peppers. The dish is made in this way:

  • potatoes are thoroughly washed and peeled, then dried with a towel;
  • then it is cut into long slices and dried again;
  • Now a large food bag is taken. The preparation itself and both seasonings are added to it. The container is closed, and the contents are mixed until the additive is evenly distributed;
  • sunflower oil is poured into the dishes for cooking and heated to the required temperature;
  • after that, you can start deep-fried potatoes on a low fire. It lasts about ten minutes. The main reference should be a blush;

  • a glass of breadcrumbs;
  • salt.

Cooking

This recipe is more complicated and time consuming. First you need to prepare the main component:

  • potatoes are thoroughly washed, peeled, cut into small pieces (for quick cooking) and boiled in salt water for 20 minutes;
  • while it is boiling, it is necessary to prepare a breading. To do this, flour, crackers and an egg are laid out in separate containers;
  • the latter must be beaten until a uniform consistency is obtained;

  • when the potatoes are cooked, it is necessary to drain the water from the pan, add milk there and begin to crush. This is done until a mass without pieces is obtained;
  • after that, freshly melted warm oil is added to it. Everything cools down, and balls are formed from the finished mass;
  • each of them must first be rolled in flour, then dip into a bowl with beaten egg and complete the preparation by coating with breadcrumbs;
  • in a bowl for cooking, sunflower oil is heated;
  • now you can cook deep-fried potatoes;

As soon as a golden brown crust appears on the surface, the balls must be laid out on a kitchen (if not sorry) or paper towel to remove the remaining oil.
