- rye flour - 5 full large spoons;

Cooking process
Before making kvass without yeast, you should first prepare kvass wort. To do this, take rye flour in the amount of two full large spoons and pour it into a glass liter jar. After this, it is required to add 450 milliliters of cooled boiling water and 3 large spoons of granulated sugar to it. All ingredients should be mixed for a very long time with a large spoon. This is necessary so that the sugar has completely melted, and the kvass must ferment well. Next, to the resulting mass, you need to add 5-6 pieces of black raisins, which are preferably rinsed in cold water in advance. After all the steps taken, it is recommended that the jar be covered with a glass lid and put in a warm place for 2-3 days.

Over time, the fermented kvass must be transferred to a similar three-liter dish, and then add 2 more tablespoons of rye flour, granulated sugar and 3 liters of filtered water to it. After 5 days of insisting, you should get a tasty and vigorous kvass. The yeast-free recipe discussed above is not the only way to make such a summer drink. Tasty beetroot kvass: recipe without yeastEssential Ingredients:
- fresh beets - 1 kg;
- cooled boiling water - 3 l;
- granulated sugar - 2 large spoons;
- brown bread crusts - at personal discretion.
Cooking process
The recipe for kvass without yeast using fresh beets is for lovers only. After all, such a drink has a pronounced taste of the vegetable, which not everyone likes. You need to take 1 kilogram of beets, wash it thoroughly, peel it, and then grate it on a fine or coarse grater. After this, the product must be put in a jar, add 2 large tablespoons of granulated sugar (more can be) and a few dry crusts of brown bread. It is recommended to mix all the ingredients with a spoon, and then add 3 liters of cooled boiling water to them. Next, the jar should be placed in a warm and dark place for exactly three days. After this time, the drink needs to be filtered, bottled and refrigerated.
During the preparation of beet kvass, it is advisable to taste it periodically. If the drink lacks sweetness, then it is better to add granulated sugar to it. If he doesn’t roam well, it is recommended to add rye flour in addition (a little).
