  • cream - 50 ml;

  • onions - 1 pc.;
  • champignons - 10 pcs.;
  • parsley - 1 bunch.

First you need to cut the onion in half rings. Fry with the addition of butter. The bow should turn golden. Then break the eggs. It is important that the shell does not fall into the container. Add cream, parsley, grated cheese. Salt at will. Beat thoroughly with a whisk. Cut the mushrooms. Add to the onion in a pan and fry for five minutes, not forgetting to stir. Next, level the mushrooms to get a thin layer. Fill with eggs and reduce heat. It is necessary to fry until tender. It is important that a burnt crust does not form. Covering the pan with a lid is not recommended.

  • mushrooms - 300 g;
  • nonfat milk - 100 ml;
  • bread - 150 g;

First you need to boil the eggs. Then chop the mushrooms and fry. Soak the bread in milk. Finely chop the onion and add it to the mushrooms in a pan. We chop the eggs (it is especially easy to do this in a mug with a fork) and send them to the mushrooms.

Add the minced egg, soft bread, garlic, ground pepper, dill. Mix and pass through a meat grinder. With wet hands we take a little mincemeat. We spread the cutlets in the form, and on top of the filling. Close up the cutlet, roll in flour. Fry zrazy with mushrooms and eggs until cooked.

Delicious pancakes

To prepare them you will need:

  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • milk - 0.1 l;
  • salt;
  • flour - 190 g;
  • vegetable oil;
  • mushrooms - 200 g;
  • onion;
  • sugar - 1 tsp.

Let's start by making pancake dough. We break the eggs, beat with a whisk, add water (100 ml), milk, salt, sugar and flour. We mix everything.

We heat the pan, add oil, pour out the dough, evenly distribute and bake pancakes.

And now it's time to think about the filling. Boil the eggs. Cut mushrooms and onions, fry in a pan. We clean the eggs and three on a coarse grater. Mix with mushroom filling. We spread it on each pancake and wrap it with a roll. Pancakes with mushrooms and eggs are ready.

"Village" recipe

Essential Ingredients:

  • mushrooms - 700 g;
  • smoked meats - 200 g;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • sour cream - 4 tsp;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • spices, herbs.

Boil the mushrooms lightly. We drain the water and rinse them additionally. Fry the onion in a pan with butter. Add chopped smoked meats. Fry for a minute, then add mushrooms and fry for another 7 minutes. Break the eggs, add sour cream. Beat with a whisk. Pour the resulting mixture to the mushrooms in a pan. Stir frying until thickened. Then season with chopped herbs and garlic.

Mushrooms with eggs, cooked β€œin a rustic way”, can be served as a solo dish or supplemented with fried potatoes or mashed potatoes. Enjoy your meal!

Stewed mushrooms with eggs

To prepare the dish you will need:

  • mushrooms - 0.5 kg;
  • parsley - 2 branches;
  • onions - 200 g;
  • butter - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • chicken egg - 3 pcs.

Cook fresh mushrooms in salted boiling water. After pouring them into a colander and pour hot water, cut and fry in oil in a pan.

Finely chop the onion and, stewing in oil, combine with mushrooms. Beat eggs, then mix with chopped parsley and pour into a pan with mushrooms. Simmer until eggs are cooked.

Stewed mushrooms with eggs can be an excellent dish for a light breakfast or dinner, or as a complement to the main course for lunch. For example, a snack can be served with stewed potatoes or beef steak.

Mushrooms have a fairly small calorie content, so such dishes are perfect for a diet menu. Chicken eggs, by the way, can be replaced with quail eggs. You can choose any mushrooms. It can be champignons, chanterelles or honey mushrooms. You can also combine several types of mushrooms in one dish.
