For this dish (for 4 servings) you will need such products: 8 eggs, onion, 2 small zucchini, 100 ml of milk, 200 grams of spinach, a clove of cloves, 250 grams of potatoes, a bunch of parsley and basil, 200 grams of tomatoes, ground black pepper, 120 ml of vegetable oil, salt.
Preparation Scheme:
- Peeled potatoes are cut into thin circles. Chop onions and garlic. Striped spinach is blanched for several minutes. Basil and parsley are finely chopped.
- Zucchini cut in half and cut into thin slices. Potatoes are fried until half cooked in vegetable oil.
- Zucchini with onions, garlic is added to the fried potatoes and fried for 5 minutes. Peeled tomatoes finely chopped. Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper to taste.
