Mashed potatoes with sausages - a tasty and simple dish

Sometimes you want to cook very simple dishes in an original way. So we offer some unusual ideas for our usual mashed potatoes with sausages. To make such dishes in your kitchen, you do not need any overseas delicacies. All ingredients are found in every hostess.

Cream Puree

It is very simple to make such a dish. You do not need to have special skills.

For cooking you will need:

  • 1 cup of milk;
  • 1.5 kg of potatoes;
  • 3 tbsp. l cream
  • butter and salt (to taste).

Peel potatoes initially, then boil. Then mash it, dilute with milk, slightly warmed up with cream. Next, season the dish with salt and butter. After that, mix the mashed potatoes until smooth.

Diet Mashed Potatoes

If you are on a diet now, but want to cook an original dish with mashed potatoes, then pay attention to the following recipe.

For cooking you will need:

  • 0.5 kg of potatoes and cauliflower;
  • 50 ml of milk;
  • salt (to taste and optional).

First peel and wash the potatoes. Then rinse the cabbage under running water. Boil it and potatoes until cooked, mash well. Pour in warmed milk. Shuffle.

Peel the onion, chop. Cut into three pieces sausages. After each piece we make cross-shaped incisions from 2 sides.

Preheat the pan, grease it with oil. Sauté the onion until transparent. Next, throw sausages there. Fry until the roses open.

After that, lay the mashed potatoes with sausages and onions on a plate. Serve the dish warm. The dish goes well with fresh herbs and a salad of cucumbers and tomatoes.

Puree with sauce

To prepare the dish you will need:

  • 1 kilogram of potatoes;
  • 300 grams of green beans and as many sausages.

To prepare the sauce you will need:

  • two onions;
  • 500 ml of broth;
  • half 1 tbsp. spoons of mustard;
  • 20 grams of flour;
  • 50 ml of olive oil.

Wash the potatoes, peel. Next, cut it into small pieces. Send to the pot for about twenty minutes. After boiling the potatoes, drain the liquid from it, leaving about one and a half glasses. Stir potatoes thoroughly, crush. Add some butter. Shuffle.

Now start cooking the sauce. Peel and finely chop the onion. Fry in a pan with butter until golden. Throw the flour. After pour the broth. Cook until the sauce thickens. As soon as this happens, add mustard.

After the beans, cut into small pieces, throw in boiling water for one minute. Then send it to cold water. Thus, the beans are cooked, but at the same time remain as bright.

Mashed potatoes in waffles

Consider an even more original dish. For cooking you will need:

  • one pack of wafers for the cake;
  • egg;
  • 5 potatoes;
  • sunflower oil;
  • salt;
  • 500 grams of sausages.

Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes, boil. Salt a little, then mash. Next, throw in the butter. After open the waffles, lay them on the board, creating wafer plates from them. Top them with hot mashed potatoes. After, after waiting a couple of minutes, when the waffles become soft, put the pre-cleaned sausages. Then twist the wafers into a tube. Cut the resulting product into pieces about three centimeters thick.

Beat the egg in a separate bowl, slightly salted. After each slice, dip in the egg. Sauté in vegetable oil. Serve mashed sausage in a warm waffle. If desired, you can put the product on a leaf of greenery.
