Let's try to cook such a tasty and simple dish as beans with mushrooms. We will need a glass of dry beans to your taste - red or white, a pound of champignons, about 200 grams of grated cheese, 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, a little vegetable oil and finely chopped greens. Naturally, salt, pepper and other seasonings will be needed, if desired.
Beans must first be boiled. Everyone knows that dry beans are cooked for a long time, so different tricks are used to speed up this process. For example, some prefer to soak beans overnight. Others, when cooking beans every 15 minutes, pour a spoonful of very cold water into the pan. Beans need to be boiled without adding salt. Beans are salted at the very end of cooking.
For Beans with mushrooms, you can use fresh or frozen champignons or dried mushrooms. They must also be pre-boiled and cut into slices. Now heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion in it, which can be cut into small pieces or half rings. Then we send prepared mushrooms and beans to the pan, add a little mushroom broth, soy sauce, bay leaf and season to taste. You can cook green beans with mushrooms. The recipe for this dish is also uncomplicated. We need two hundred grams of green beans and chopped champignons (fresh frozen ones are also suitable). You will also need to take a little butter, optionally sour cream, mayonnaise or eggs.
We heat the pan with oil, fry the mushrooms on it, then add the beans and simmer until the vegetables are soft, add salt and pepper. Optionally, add sour cream, mayonnaise to the dish, or pour over with beaten eggs. Such beans with mushrooms are cooked quite quickly, so the dish can be recommended for breakfast.
And if there is absolutely no time, then beans with mushrooms can be prepared in a matter of minutes using canned products. We need a can of red or white beans and a can of sliced champignons. Fry the onions in a frying pan, put the canned food in the same place (after draining the liquid), simmer for several minutes, and season to taste with tomato sauce, sour cream or mayonnaise. Such a dish can be served separately or as a side dish for meat or poultry.
